5 Days to Open Up Your Intuition in February

What if in just a few days you could get started unlocking your intuitive superpowers? We all want to learn new skills, but we don’t have unlimited time to spend learning them. Here’s your chance to learn some key skills in a concentrated way, in just 5 days!

This month’s Unlock Your Intuitive Superpowers 5-Day Challenge will give you exactly that: five days of concentrated information and a daily meditation for you to practice what you’ve learned several times during the challenge and afterwards.

During each of the 5 days:

  • you’ll go into our special Unlock Your Intuitive Superpowers 5-Day Challenge Facebook Group
  • watch a brief teaching video from me
  • then download a meditation to practice that day and even after the Challenge is over

It won’t take much time, but when you follow the instructions, journal your experiences, and email me your insights – you’ll start to notice things shifting – in a good way. You’ll start to notice information that’s all around you every day that has new meaning. You’ll start to notice your senses picking up new information. And best of all, you’ll wonder why no one ever taught you this incredibly useful information before!

Ready to join in on the fun? Click this link to sign up – the 5-day Challenge is free. After the 5 days we’ll get together on Zoom and share our experiences – there will even be prizes for everyone who completes the 5 days of the Challenge.

We Are Surrounded by Information, But We’re Not Aware of Most It

We Are Surrounded by Information, But We’re Not Aware of Most It

We are literally surrounded by information – everywhere we go and in everything we do. Some of it is obvious to us:

  • On our phones and online we are bombarded with messages, ads, invitations and suggestions daily

  • We read hardcopy (books, billboards, instructions)

  • We observe others’ behavior relative to our own (e.g.how fast the other cars around us are traveling on the freeway vs. how fast our car is traveling)

  • We can observe things around us (nature, behavior, activities, politics)

  • We can notice things happening within us or to those we care about (aches, pain, bodily functions, emotional shifts)

  • We can hear and sense things changing (creaks, shifts, motion)

These are only a limited sphere of observations, limited by our senses, by what we’ve been taught to notice, and by our own experiences.

There’s a whole world of information that we haven’t been taught to notice – that can help us better navigate our lives here on earth.

This month I’m inviting you to delve deeper into what we haven’t been taught to notice. Information that is essential for each of us, that we can use daily.

Join me on January 26th at 5 pm Pacific/8 pm Eastern for Seven Ways to Get Important Messages from Your Own Life Experiences. [Click here to claim your seat.]

You’ll be amazed when you discover the information that is available to you every day that you are not aware of.

Once you learn to access this information you’ll be amazed at how your daily perceptions will change. You’ll notice an improvement in your decision-making. Your perceptions of relationships and the situations you find yourself in will also start to change.

How affirmations can change your life

How affirmations can change your life

There are always things in life we want to change: how we look, how we feel, difficult relationships or situations we find ourselves in, where we work, where we live… and countless other issues. Sometimes we know exactly how to make the changes, and in other situations, we just don’t know what to do.

As a young single mother, I struggled going to a prestigious graduate school and raising a preschooler. I felt as though I hadn’t been prepared for the life I was living. People always asked me how I was able to do everything I did. My answer was: “Necessity is the Mother of Invention.”

I really learned the meaning of that phrase. It was a guiding principle for me in those days. I felt that completing graduate school and getting a good job was a necessity so that I could provide adequately for my child. Because I wouldn’t settle for less I was determined to juggle the many facets of my life so that I could succeed. Sometimes I had to be very creative. Fortunately, I had plenty of ingenuity.

Years later when I was having very different problems as my children were older, I reminded myself that I had been through much more difficult problems and had survived. “You can do this!” I reminded myself every time I wondered whether I could, in fact, do what I needed to do.

Even today when I remind myself by saying “You can do this!” or say it to others, I realize how powerful that statement is for me.

“You can do this!” is an affirmation. For me, the subtext is always you’ve done so many harder things in life you can certainly do this.

I still say it to myself on the rare occasions that I feel doubt or wonder about my capabilities.

That was my first experience in creating an affirmation for myself. I didn’t realize that it was an affirmation or how powerful it was until I looked back years later and saw the courage that four simple words could evoke in me.

The proverb “Necessity is the Mother of Invention” can be turned into other affirmations as well:

  • “I am creative.”
  • “I can turn lemons into lemonade.”
  • “I can respond to whatever life sends my way with ingenuity.”
  • “I can see the silver lining in this situation and I can make the most of it.”

Affirmations can open your awareness to new possibilities. When you’re feeling stuck this can be vital.

  • Where are you feeling stuck?
  • What are the things in your life that you would like to change?
  • Which ones are challenging?
  • Which ones do you wish for help with?

If you would like to know more about how affirmations can help you to make changes in your life, please join me for my free online workshop on Tuesday, October 25th at 5 pm Pacific / 8 pm Eastern. It’s called Affirmations: Create the Life You Want With Your Self-Talk.

Intuitive Help with Important Decisions

Intuitive Help with Important Decisions

You’ve probably had experiences in life where you sensed that you were getting important guidance that came from outside of you, that was important to a situation or decision you were faced with.

Here are two examples of experiences I’ve had where I received guidance with important decisions:

I remember when I was trying to decide where to go to college – a big decision for a teenager. I visited several of the schools I had applied to and just wasn’t sure which one was the right one for me. I thought I knew what I wanted in a college, but when I visited they just didn’t feel right.

Then I visited two schools in another part of the U.S. At the first one, it was so clear to me that this was the right place. Even though I’d never been to that city before and knew no one who lived there, it felt like home. Everything was right and it felt right to me. When I found out that I had been accepted at that school during the visit, I was thrilled and made my decision to go to college there – one I’ve never regretted.

More than twenty years later I was offered a job that I thought I wanted, but when I received the offer I had a strong feeling that I shouldn’t accept it. They were offering good money, it was a well-known, well-respected company, and I didn’t have a better option, but something said “don’t take this job”. I didn’t know what to do. I pondered my predicament for several days and ultimately followed my intuition and turned down the job offer.

Nine months later I was working at a different company and interviewed a person who had worked for the company I turned down in a similar role to the one I was offered. I was curious about what it was like to work there at the time that I was offered the job there. The person I interviewed was very candid. He said that it was a horrible work environment: very high stress, lots of difficult situations, and managers and co-workers who were very difficult to work with. I discovered why I had been encouraged not to accept the job. I was amazed and very grateful for the guidance.

Have you had similar experiences?

  • You received guidance in making an important decision.
  • You had a nagging feeling that you should or should not do something.
  • You saw a particular outcome that informed a decision you made.

If you would like to know more about the information you have available to you every day that can help you make important decisions, please join me for my free online workshop on September 15th at 5 pm Pacific. It’s called How Do I Know If I’m Clairvoyant? To register for free click here.

I’m also offering Zoom or phone consults to help you resolve medical issues when you don’t have time for treatment. This allows me to help you when either you or I am out of town. I can also help people who live elsewhere than the Bay Area. Book your FREE consult HERE.

What’s New in My Practice

What’s New in My Practice

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has provided a way for its practitioners to diagnose and treat many kinds of illnesses for thousands of years. Most of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual problems that people have, can be treated from the holistic perspective of TCM. That’s why even today, what’s worked for centuries to heal the human condition with TCM, still works.

However, the assumption is that the practitioner is present with the client they are working with.

The practitioner talks to the client, observes how the client appears, looks at their tongue, takes their pulses, and uses other senses like hearing and smell to learn more about what the client is dealing with. Then they make a TCM diagnosis, so they can treat the client with acupuncture and herbs.

During the early part of COVID, the assumption that I, the practitioner, could be in the same place as my client, wasn’t working. Clients were staying home. They still needed treatment, but they (wisely) chose to stay home. As a result, I couldn’t diagnose and treat my clients because I couldn’t physically be in the same place that they were. No one benefitted from this situation. I wanted to help, but I couldn’t, and my clients wanted help but couldn’t get it.

The major message from COVID to me and my acupuncture practice was that I needed to be able to serve my clients remotely. I needed to learn some key skills which would allow me to diagnose and treat my clients over Zoom or even over the phone. I pondered this, did some research, and decided to learn Intuition Medicine®.

For the past eighteen months, I’ve been training to be a medical intuitive. I recently graduated from a very rigorous training program that was life-changing for me and my classmates. I learned to work over Zoom with my classmates and have begun to add what I’ve learned into my practice.

WHAT DOES THAT MEAN FOR YOU?

  • New Skills – That allow me to work with people by phone and Zoom. I am also adding Intuition Medicine® practices into my live treatment sessions. Email or text me to schedule a treatment and you’ll get to experience Intuition Medicine® first hand.

  • New Services – I’m adding new Intuition Medicine® consults into my practice on Fridays which can be booked here. I’ll be doing private Intuition Coaching Sessions as well. I’ve been a coach for 20 years and always enjoy doing private coaching.

  • New Ways of Healing – I’m adding more meditation, energy, and sound healing into my live and remote treatment sessions.

  • Reach New Clients – I’m also able to help people who live too far away to see me in person but want to work with me.

  • New Workshops and Classes are coming up this Fall and Winter. I’ll be teaching free monthly workshops aimed at showing you how to gain confidence and belief in yourself and your intuition. I’ll also have occasionally paid classes via Zoom. Here’s the link to my first free workshop on September 15th called HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M CLAIRVOYANT.

You and your friends and family are cordially invited to attend any of my free workshops. I hope that you’ll enjoy them so much that you’ll continue on to the more in-depth classes I’ll start to offer in November. Private coaching sessions are also available.

If you’d like to know more, book a free consult with me, and let’s talk.
